In a world where we know very little about the nature of Truth, its very easyand temptingto construct stories around truth claims that unfairly legitimize or delegitimize the games we play. My issue wasn't misreading the recipe or failing to follow a rule, it was bypassing my creative instincts and forgetting the unpredictable nature of fermentation.
