Personal Essay On Happiness And Happiness
It is a time when your past intersects with your present and future. Therefore, everyone needs happiness in order to savor life. In life, there are many things that will try and bring you down. However, if you keep happiness, you will rise above them. Everyone is frantically looking around the world for happiness. (Spaht 24-25). Instead, if you would relax and live life to the fullest, happiness would find you. Do you prefer a high paid job with less personal time or a relevantly low paid job with more time for you and your family? Many people around the world will probably choose a high paid job with less personal time. Some people think that money is same as happiness. However, I dont think this is true. I think money is just one of the methods to be happy. None of the things mentioned solely leads to happiness. This is a problem in our society; everyone is on the pursuit of happiness, but what if we do not know the correct way on how to pursue it? From early times, philosophers and researchers have questioned the meaning of happiness. Various researchers have studied behaviors of a person after an action to determine a persons level of happiness.

The ancient saying, money cant buy you happiness, is spoken and frequently heard due it having the ability to continually operate true. Though, a person is expected to be happier being financially stable than if they were not, it cannot bring about true happiness. As Claire Boothe Luce said in her play The Women, Money cant buy happiness, but it can make you awfully comfortable while youre being miserable. The wealthiest people can be the unhappiest, just as the less fortunate can feel as though they are on top of the world. Possessions may be gained and/or lost which develops fear, and this rarely, if ever, leads to happiness. A birthday is a time to celebrate birth itself. It is an expression of thanks to God for being born and still being alive. It is also an occasion to rethink your life. It is a great time to reflect on your past, evaluate your present, and make plans for your future.
Despite all the research done, there are very little studies, which examine the true meaning of happiness. You can choose to pretend to be happy or to really find your calling and to become truly happy with yourself and your life.
