In this class I hope to change my approach and how I feel about writing. So I start off every piece that I write with making sure I am comfortable. This usually means I am sitting in my bed, wearing pajamas, and being covered up by my blanket. I like to be alone when I write so I do not get distracted, as. Firstly, it can be quite lonely to live by yourself. By nature, we are social animals. Secondly, it is more expensive because you have to pay all the rent and bills, so you have less money to enjoy life. Last but not least, it can be quite hard to find a nice flat for one person, so you might not be able to live in the best area. Just like you have to spend hours working on the right idea for your story, you will also have to work on carving the right protagonist who can represent the idea and theme of your narrative.
While most writers prefer to have a character as their protagonist, it is commonly not a necessity to do so. You can put innovate and think out of the box and make any event, idea or even a thing your protagonist. But remember, a protagonist will drive your storys narrative and plot, so choose judiciously. One of the cool things about the world wide web is that you can look up anything you want and nd out the answer straight away. Isnt that fantastic? For example, imagine you are arguing with your friends about how to do something. Easy solution! Go online and nd the answer. Articles are usually expected to be less formal than essays. Because they are intended to entertain, you can use more relaxed language, using contractions, phrasal verbs and more informal words. Also, it is common to use rhetorical questions and exclamation marks to keep the reader engaged or to make a point. You should address the reader directly and you can use humour where you think its appropriate. Another important aspect is keeping in touch.

Throughout the semester, I was shocked by the grades that I received for each paper because for some I was confident and for others I was not.
